Return Period
We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.
Any request made after this period unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened, used, or tested cosmetic products
- Personal hygiene products
- Single-use items
- Any product whose packaging has been opened, unsealed, damaged, or altered
- Sale items and gift cards
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Return Conditions
Eligible items must be:
- New
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In perfect condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive another item is to return the product (if eligible).
Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
⚠️ This right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic or personal hygiene products that have been opened or used, in accordance with EU regulations.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
